Looking to join a local junior football team? Why not give us a try. All teams coached by coaches who have attained at least the FA Level 1 standard in coaching and have passed through the enhanced CRB checking procedure.

About us:- Most of the squad have been together since the ages of 11. There have been lads that have left and other have joined but there has been a core group through-out. NEW players are welcome to come along please contact Martin to get the details.

Coach / manager:- Martin Harris, Qualified level Two coach as well as being a qualified first aider, CRB checked (Feb 06) and will be starting his FA level 3 FA Coaching course in August 2007 he is also ably assisted by Mark Clark who is also a qualified Level one coach and first aider as well as the help of two other level 2 coaches Sue Hammond and Adrian Rockey.

Home pitch :- LANGSFORD PARK the home of Tavistock AFC with whom we are now affiliated to as part of there junior footballing club

The directions to Langsford Park are -Take the A386 from Plymouth to Tavistock, go past Morrisons folowing signs for town center, straight on past a Texaco Garage on your right you will then come to a mini round-a-bout which you take the first exit then the next left turning onto Crowndale Road, go past the Primary Sachool and the College and the entrance is on the left. 

IF weather conditions are bad and we are unable to play at our regular pitch we have the option of using the pitches at Crowndale (same directions as above) or going to Mary Tavy the directions for which are as follows :- AS ABOVE THEN :- don't turn left into Crwondale road but proceed onto Drakes memorial Statue then take the second exit off and then continue along A 386 following the signs towards Oakhampton, Mary Tavy is about 10 minutes from Tavistock once you enter Mary Tavy the turning to the pitch is about 300 yds past the 30 mph speed limit sign on the right (opp newsagents) turn right, into the park through the iron gates and follow the track around until you reach the changing rooms, changing rooms have toilets, showers and heaters. Summer training location, Winter training & home ground location

Training & match day info:- in the summer months training is at Crowndale in Tavistock and in the winter months it is at Kelly Colleges all weather pitch training at both venues is on Wednesdays the times can vary contact us for further details. Matches are played on Sundays with kick off's around 2:00 p.m.
